Patients today with preexisting medical problems have difficulty purchasing health insurance. Forcing insurers to cover such patients is not the solution.

Health care is not a right; people cannot be forced to purchase insurance; and the Constitution does not allow this action. This plan is not about making health care affordable to all, it is about control.
